STATIC MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION ONE COLOR SOLE IN THERMOPLASTIC MATERIALS

Static injection molding machine for producing single-color soles (leather-bottom, laminated, with heels, etc.) made of compressed and expanded thermoplastic materials, with or without inserts, suitable for various shoe types. It represents the best choice among static injection molding machines for single-color soles, as it effectively solves various problems related to such products. The diversity of styles, colors, and materials demands high flexibility from the machine.

Operating principle: The machine uses an extrusion injection system. The extruder motor is available with three-speed options or, as an optional configuration, can be equipped with a screw-piston injection unit and hydraulic motor.

The machine consists of 3 workstations and can be operated manually or semi-automatically with a removal device (optional). The actuation can be pneumatic or hydraulic (optional).
